Belgian politicians hard at work trying to form a coalition after only 535 days with no proper government.
I think the sticking point might have been that the lead negotiator (2nd right) refused to abandon his bow tie.

Probably, but possibly not in this case. The regions that make up Belgian seem pretty divided at a non political-elite level.
