Been on the phone to CRC, was on hold for about 5 mins, no problem. Especially as they do not have any hold music, just every minute or so they say "We know you are waiting and will be there as soon as Possible". How refreshing.

Probably cheaper for them, I'm sure you need a license to play music on the hold system.
I prefer a regular announcement like they have though, much less irritating when I put it on loud speaker while waiting.
