[Closed] Euro 2016 - no third place play off, so who is third?

i need to award a prize and assumed there would be a play off. I know nothing about football and I'm running the sweepstake.....

Give it to Wales, they deserve it more than germany for who 3rd is a disappointment.
Only one person will disagree with you on that and they've got Germany so are going to feel disappointed anyway.

We're in Germany when we do the prize giving so I'm suggesting a live subbuteo play off.
