How long after an offer is accepted before the websites and marketing are changed to "Sold subject to contract" or "Under Offer"?
I had an offer accepted later Wednesday and the house is still for sale on Right Move and the agents site today.
Is this normal or are the sellers messing about?

unless you made the offer on the basis the property would be taken off the market they'll just keep trying to sell it for more than your offer until contracts are exchanged 🙁

The house we bought was on rightmove as under offer until around 2 months after completion, not sure when they actually changed it to under offer.
The sold sign went up outside once they'd received instruction from our solicitor. So about a week after our offer was accepted.
