They'll eat all sorts, including Buzzards, Peregrines etc if they get hold of them. 😯
Is there a clip where they replace the hole with a piece of plate glass? That would show if they're brighter than my local pigeons...

It would just show that the transparency of the glass makes it invisible to them, nothing much to do with intelligence. Although to be fair they are almost certainly smarter than pigeons, but only because most birds probably are, expect pheasants - pigeons at least have figured out that you walk [i]away[/i] from an approaching car, [i]not[/i] towards it. They also generally find their way home.

See, most of the time yes, but they are amusingly dopey just after dawn. Many a time I could have squished a pigeon with a big yellow van if I were so inclined... I haven't got the heart though. Yes, I brake for pigeons. I'm not proud.
