I am in the process of taking my old employer to one.
It appears to be all over the shop at the moment, their solicitor is a lot more on the ball than my unions decision on whether it will represent me or not.
So meanwhile i'm continuing with the process alone.

So i'm asking-apart from the usual request for advice......

I have a schedule of loss to complete by tomorrow , is this literally just a list of earnings i feel i have lost and what i feel they owe me? How should i calculate a figure and suggest a compensation figure?

Many thanks for any genuine help.

I am no expert, at all.
But
To go to tribunal you have to have a reason that you need compensating.
Ie the stress of being unfairly dismissed lead to a break down meaning you could not work.
If you walked into another job earning the same. You have no loss and there is nothing to be compensated for.
I think
I would look at the union websites, there must be better info on there.
