Hi all,
just moved house and need a freesat box for the TV, so i got one, set it all up and it works well - apart from i appear to have lost channel 4 and all the related channels (E4, More4 etc...)
anyone know why/ and how i can get the other channels?

i'll give it a try - just wierd since we get all other channels spot on!
