Any idea where the nearest free parking to Montpelliers, Bruntsfield is? Anywhere closer than the very bottom of Marchmont Road (Oswald Road)?

it is traditional to park your range rover/bmw badly right outside Monty's though so everyone can see you get out of it and knows its yours.

try Spylaw Road, there certainly used ot be free parking down there.
