Funny, that was posted half an hour ago, and I’m still watching it, they’re talking about a community e-bike scheme in Staveley, for local usage. Doesn’t seem like charity fluff to me.

Yeah, i thought it had just done a really short section. Wasn't expecting the community ebikes later on.
Good scheme, wouldn't be needed round here as it is so bloody flat though
