[Closed] Ebay refund

Just make sure the refund is done via the eBay system, and you will get all the eBay fee's returned.
Don't refund via PayPal directly, as you will then struggle to inform eBay of the transaction.

Make sure you get the item back first, if you want it?

The official route is for the buyer to open a resolution asking for a refund/return then you can choose to accept and wait for the item to come back, or provide a refund and let the buyer keep the item.

That's about it.. Simple!
