My auction 99p starting bid, I've got three bids, but the price is still 99p?
Me no understand.

Is it all from the same person upping their max bid each time?

^bingo.
The person has bid and then amended their max price two times. They still count as bids but as they are already the max bidder the price doesnt go up until someone else bids.

I'm watching an item on ebay with £200 start, there are 3 bids from different people and it's still £200 😕
