[Closed] Dvla text re tax refund ..scam? Clicked link....

So a text from dvla for a car tax refund for X amount, interestingly it was the amount I received when I sold my car 12 months ago,i foolishly clicked the link provided it took me to a a page asking for my details.
Went no further, so question I have will I have infected my smart phone?
