[Closed] Duplicate detected

A little odd but I got a red flag telling me that a duplicate (answer I presume) has been detected. Seems to occur if I give the same answer on the same thread. For instance as you may on the premium bonds thread.

I've had that, only the original post had vanished (eaten by the hamsters I presume)...

It's odd. If you write the same thing in the same thread you get an error.
