Does anyone apart from Alpkit make dry bags with side loops, suitable for threading webbing straps through?

annoyingly Alpkit are all out of stock, certainly of the smaller sizes - I'm after a 5l one.
I thought alpkit were the only ones to do it.
TBH it's probably not that difficult to DIY with some decent epoxy and some spare webbing.
the alpkit ones are expected to be back in stock before the month end
Outdoor Research do drybags with sewn on straps.

Sea to Summit make one called the Big River, but it seems quite hard to fin, especially in smaller sizes.
