I'd always wondered about that in the case of people like Dwayne Chambers - so you dope for a while and train up to a level that you would never otherwise have reached; logically it seems likely that you could permanently or at least longterm affect the body's ability and process of dealing with and responding to training...

Probably most valid for anabolic steroids, as opposed to haematocrit modulators (relatively short-acting). So do we ban anyone who was prescribed HGH as a child? ๐Ÿ˜‰
