I accidentally clicked twice on a word document to download it then when asked if I wanted to stop Outlook downloading multiple copies I said no. This seems to have blocked all downloads of word documents (seemingly PDFs are ok and indeed downloading a word doc as a PDF is fine).
Any ideas on how I can reverse this?

Ah, s'ok. Signing out and back in again seems to have fixed it!
