I know the thread was closed and so i risk starting a new one. In fact if someone can report so it is closed before it drops to another circular shitshow. But the comment was made by various parties (politicians, for one) and reported on that thread that French booths were left unmanned. Now seems that was lies as well, and I think for completeness this should be seen, but there's no means to add to the original.
