I buy eggs from a guy at work, free range and lurveley ๐Ÿ˜› tonight in the latest half dozen was a monster that must of made the poor lass that layed it eyes water.

Making scrambled eggs for tea and it was a double yolker, first one I can remember for ages. Very cool.

we get 4 dozen free every month or so from work colleague of the SO. Last lot were 90% double yolkers, make bloody nice carbonara.

Double yolkers usually come from pullets just as they start their laying, as they get older they tend to lay normal single yolkers

Last double i had was actualy a egg inside a egg. A monster egg with a perfectly round egg inside .

We have quite often from our local farmer. Got blase about it now.
