I have two double glazed units that have failed and are full of condensation. They're 9 years old. Is there a standard guarantee for these are does it vary?

They *normally* last around 10 years. I doubt there would be any such thing as a 'standard guarantee' to cover something that is nine years old unless specifically covered under warranty (such as 10 year anti-perforation warranties on cars over and above the normal three year guarantee).
