While the GOP gets so much funding from the NRA, nothing will change, and there are far too many Americans who will not allow their weapons to be taken away, no matter how many atrocities like these happen.
He just doesn't seem to understand how to act, he congratulated the doctors and went out about how long it took victims to get to the hospital when he visited. That just seems like odd stuff to focus on, he's clearly terrified to actually speak to any of the victims or their families so twenty second photo opportunities with him grinning and thumbs up will do. He even cancelled playing golf for those photos! What a guy.
