He did the same last year (with Sadiq Khan iirc). I think that he has some iq test score that he bought in the 70's that flatters him immensely, that he thinks if he rolls out everyone will believe.
What they need to do is call his bluff but take control of the game, arrange new tests (by an ivy league university or some respected establishment. Dictate the testing criteria, ie 1/3 of scores problem solving, 1/3 general knowledge etc. Tests to be done publicly and transcripts to be released. Arrange a time and date and then invite him to participate, call him a coward if he backs down.

As I've said before, whats interesting is seeing to point at which people (or groups of people) stop supporting/defending him.
Honestly - given his base demographic, I wonder if he could have handled this any worse. But I suppose the soldier was black (as was his mum, wife, kids and the congresswoman who witnessed the call) so maybe they wont be too upset. In fact, it was probably his own fault he got shot 🙄
