True Jamie. Excuse me for my wee digression!!
Back to trump
Inviting that ignorant bully here
will do nothing to help our country, more protests, more division, more disruption
Brexsht means we have to take this shit on the chin

Unfortunately, excluding him wont either.
It also drew attention to a statement made by the foreign secretary Boris Johnson at the end of last month in the House of Commons, when he said: “We have received assurances from the US embassy that the executive order will make no difference to any British passport holder, irrespective of their country of birth or whether they hold another passport.”
What a waste of space that Boris Johnson is.
Any self respecting country doesn't offer the state visit within minutes....
The rest of the world has the hence to make Trump sweat a little - the UK has to make it look like a snub to do that.
In some ways better to get on with it and prepare him for some decent mass protests (which will dwarf in comparison to the masses waiting for him to utter one of his trademark nailed on insults)
Perhaps they should start treating him like a game show host and shouting back just catchphrases.
If he comes to the UK I really hope he comes to scotland. Police Scotland are much less politicised and protective of VIPs sheltering them from crowds ( see the chinese premiers visit and moving folk on etc) and the protests will be funny.

when you're as desperate as May to make brexshit work, self-respect is a secondary concern
There will be a huuuge amount of our taxes spent on security, and precious little opportunity for us to let him know what we think of his antics.
Was in the city centre at around 5.30pm in GeordieLand trying to buy some food so walked past a bunch of placard demonstrators (think not more than 300) protesting against President Trump. So I stopped to watch the protestors for a while ... 😆
Then one of the leader started calling out using the mic something about "refugee are welcome ... blah blah" with plenty of placards about and against President Trump.
At one point I thought there was an impromptu concert etc or some union strike but no they were protesting against President Trump. Whaattt ... 😆
It's dinner/tea time and these lot are protesting in front of Jamie Oliver restaurant and all the bars ... 😆 Are they trying to be side show or what?

Oh the dramatic guardian reporting about something ...
Define breaking point.
At what point do you call breaking point?
NHS is Not at breaking point.
NHS is Not at breaking point.
really coz In 2.5 years of doing my job I have never seen so many cancer ops cancelled due to lack of ICU beds
NHS is Not at breaking point.
Supporting evidence.
For god's sake, you're now becoming a parody of yourself in the realms of idiocy.
Do you just say the first thing that comes into your head? Just like The Doughnut, you'd make a great couple.

The funny thing is that they are protesting in front of bars, restaurants and night spots ... 😆
You see people are sitting in the restaurants looking out the large glass windows eating their artisan burgers, drinking their nice wine then look out their windows to see this bunch of middle class protestors (yes, they are 😀 ) ... in Newcastle city centre calling for refugee to be let in and about President Trump ... Think about it for a moment. 😆
We're spending £10M on protecting a small-handed angry incoherent orange man. Let's fund our NHS instead.
The funny thing is that they are protesting in front of bars, restaurants and night spots ...
And you're spouting shite on an MTB forum. No one is listening to you either.

NHS is Not at breaking point.
really coz In 2.5 years of doing my job I have never seen so many cancer ops cancelled due to lack of ICU beds
(Note: I refer to cancer because you are mentioning cancer as if cancer is in the increase ...)
Mortality rates went up for most age groups, but were particularly concentrated among the elderly. Mortality rates rose by 11.8% and 18.2% for males and females respectively aged 90 and above, 9.2% and 11.2% respectively for people aged 85-89, and 5.7% and 9.3% respectively for people aged 80-84. These rises in old-age mortality occurred everywhere: in richer and poorer areas, in urban and rural districts, and in the north and south.
From that interweb link ...
Firstly, how long do you expect people to live on average?
Secondly, the mortality rate does not distinguish between poor or rich at those age so where is the news that is out of ordinary?
Ask yourself this question why is there increase in cancer rate ...
because your gibberish is giving people tumours?
(Note: I refer to cancer because you are mentioning cancer as if cancer is in the increase ...)
no I said the number of cancer ops being cancelled had increased, bigly
chewk are you donald trump? youre alternative facts are sad and low energy

Yes,I did as I just want more choices without being restricted.
the great Lorraine Bracco on Tump
“Oh, I’ve met him in New York. Never my kind of guy. Always very arrogant.”
“You know what it is? It’s white American men, middle-class but not as successful as they think they should be. They look at him and say, ‘My God, I wanna be like him. I want my own TV show. My own plane. My wife that never talks!’” Did it shock her that women voted for him, too? “Yes! But they never met him.”
Kimber,
You are talking about cancelled cancer ops but your interweb link is about old people mortality rate.
Enlighten me ... How do you make that link between cancelled cancer ops and old people mortality rate?
How do you make that link cancelled cancer ops and old people mortality rate?
If you need to have a tumour removed and your op keeps getting cancelled, you will die sooner
its not too hard to figure out
Its also indicative of the wider crisis in the NHS and social care
Im not sure how it relates to your trying to belittle people demonstrating against your darling fascist bully boy though...
the state visit is going to go ahead and like or not , and i assume even amongst the cabinet its nit, it serves the countries interests to treat the egomaniac like royalty and try to get a sweet deal from him
Its also uncomfortable and unseemingly but the nation regularly greets aresholes with all due pomp and ceremony.
The only reason we object is the haste and the fear we will take any deal he offers to show we can Brexit work

That interweb link you provided does not say anything about cancer or anything related to cancer or operations.
Are you trying to report something different to that interweb link? Is that deliberate?
Im not sure how it relates to your trying to belittle people demonstrating against your darling fascist bully boy though...
I am not trying to prevent anyone from protesting.
In fact they can protest as much as they like but at least give me my liberty to laugh a bit and to be happy once in a while.
What I am trying to say is they need to think a bit more of the location of their protest ... Newcastle is famous for their night life FYI. 😆
to go ahead and like or not
A phrase to define a decade?
The only reason we object is the haste and the fear we will take any deal he offers to show we can Brexit work
Any deal offered before the 2020 election or Trump's next go (if he gets one) will be a hastily prepared leaky heap of crap (and yes this is linking back to simple things like the White House Press office and spelling/grammer errors trying to rush stuff) These things are not done in a weekend.
Police Scotland are much less politicised and protective of VIPs sheltering them from crowds
Tell that to the Aberdeenshire golf course protesters.

This time I suggest the protestors get physical with President Trump ...
See if the protestors will be greeted by Mr Glock, Mr Ruger, Mr Smith and Mr Wesson. 😆
It won't be a problem, The Don has borrowed some of Arsen Wenger's glasses, he saw/see's nothing of the sort, not a single protester - what's that they are cheering for me, how bigly awesome - something about Two Hats? Whats a BawBag?

Quite possibly the decade we all ****ed up
As for the deal I agree I but they are pedalling hope not facts here and he will do a deal so they can be all positive about it.
#last(week)inSweden Facebook posts from a local Swedish policeman
Trump’s comments during a Florida campaign rally on Saturday – which some took as a misstatement about a supposed terror attack – dovetail with what Springare has been seeing during a typical week in Orebro, Sweden. Five rapes, three assaults, a pair of extortions, blackmail, an attempted murder, violence against police and a robbery made up Springare’s caseload for a five-day period earlier this month, according to a Feb. 3 Facebook post he wrote. The suspects were all from Muslim-majority countries – Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia and Turkey – save for one Swedish man nabbed in a drug-related case.
“Mohammed, Mahmod, Ali, again and again,” Springare wrote of those arrested.
Hangon which bit was from last week? was it predicting Trump's speech? In which case this just got more baffling...
Was this the guy who was on the Fox DocuDrama? Now I'm not dismissing the case here but how does it make up the stats for the rest of the country? Is he dealing with an area which is predominantly made up of people from that region (in which case it would be very unlikely to involve picking up many sweeds)
How does it compare to other weeks? Did he pick that week in particular?
Well If a FB post is not proof of fact then what is?
Shall we assume Trump read it or just that he is psychic which do you feel is the [s]least preposterous [/s]most likely ?
Jamba's source, since for some reason he rarely gives one:
and to add go read Trumps clarity tweet and see if you can link it to anything...
My statement as to what's happening in Sweden was in reference to a story that was broadcast on @FoxNews concerning immigrants & Sweden.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 19, 2017
OH my lord what do you do when both jamby and Trump are telling different stories. how on earth do you tell the truth now 😉
Well done for your tireless defence of Donald Trump jambalaya. What he of course meant to say was that practically all the crimes committed in Sweden last Friday night were by Muslims.
Sweden, who would believe this?
and 2,135 Dead in 2017, that is a shocking stat really.

Create Fear
Emphasise what you want people to be scared of
Propose the solutions you wanted to having engineered the fear to give you the authority.
Ignore the real issues.
Well at least trump hasn't made it worse by letting people with mental health problems have access to guns.

And of course, is any of it true? And how does the immigrant led crimewave square with Sweden's falling crime rates?
(of course, the falling crime rates are proof that there's a cover up)

Now compare those interweb links to your other link about old age mortality
From The conversation
Then answer these questions:
1. Tell me where in all those newspapers links that the mortality rate are caused by the delay in cancer operations? Which of those newspapers explicitly link delay in cancer operations increase the mortality rate in old people (as in the first article you posted)?
Don't be lazy ... start searching the Interweb now to do some serious homework show me the evidence. Where are your facts? Ya, facts. 😛
The answer: None of them. None of them even dare to link any sort of mortality rate to delay in operations. None.
2. All the news or newspapers are sensationalizing about their perceived opinions. Opinions. How many do you want coz I have plenty to spare.
My answer: NHS is Not in crisis. Mismanagement perhaps yes, crisis No.
