I am beginning to think that Trump is actually a 10-year-old who was fed up with being picked on and ignored by girls at school.
One day, he went to a fairground and discovered a machine that promised to grant wishes: naturally, he wished to be BIG. When he woke up the next day, he was an overweight 70+ moron with orange skin and a whole pipeline full of mental baggage.

The only law or step I can trace is his suspension of the visa waiver programme which obviously is different and had defined exceptions to allow some iraquis to still get visa waiver , and his 6 month monitorium on new visas. At no point in Obama's presidency did immigration from Iraq stop .
