Every programme on BBC has him.
He's seen as the saviour. Cowboy builders, Fakes, everything else in between. He must have a photo of the director general in an uncompromising position with a goat to get so much airtime.

Or alternatively he's really [i]really[/i] cheap to employ so the BBC can afford to pay bigger redundancy payouts to their management. 😉
