Could someone post a link to the announcement that it became socially exceptable again to not clear up after your dog, I missed it. Thanks

Have to go a scrub my tyres now 🙁

I just googled 'tyres excrement' in an attempt to find an appropriate picture. I found this one from another STW thread. I like that circularity, but am also troubled by the insularity it implies.

And I believe it is still a faux pas to allow one's canine friend to deposit dog eggs willy nilly.

Yes,but you're trained to go at home, and dogs are trained to go outdoors.

I'm a dog owner and I do clean up after my dog, simple because I can do the maths. There's a large area of common land near me, if you consider the number of dogs in the area and the fact that they should get walked twice a day, then consider how lomg a dog egg takes to naturally decompose, it gets a bit scarey. Especially when you consider that although there's a large area, the majority keep to the paths.

The number of people how leave dog eggs on the ally ways that lead to the land is a reall p155 take.

As for dog poo vs cow vs sheep vs horse, poo for vegatarian animals, while not pleasant, is a lot less offensive

i pick my dogs up every time. the people most affected by those who don`t pick up are the decent dog owners who do that walk dogs in the said dog eggs and then walk it round the house! i was out the other week up the seafront with my dog who is a bitch and crouches to slash and this fat pregnant woman accused me of leaving eggs when she had just gone to pee!! "all holier than thou" cos she is pregnant! she argued blue in the face that my dog had left something! all i could do was to challenge her to come and pick liquid off the pebbles. her poor husband just looked at the floor like usual when he could see i was getting bloody annoyed at his retarded hormonal wife. poor chap

I've noticed a lot more dog poo recently round where I ride. I'm wondering if it's because the town is trying to go plastic bag free so people don't have a free supply of bags to pick it up and throw it way in! Maybe it's just because of the summer holidays.
