We will be in touch
I'm doing daily rehab exercises for a dodgy shoulder. Basically, stretch a rubber thingie, hold 5 secs, repeat x15, two more sets, then a different exercise, etc etc. The hardest thing about it is the counting and timing. Anyone recommend an (android) app to do the counting for me?
Jefit maybe? If the exercises you need to do are in the database. If not you could pick similar ones are bodge it anyway...
That might work. Best I've found is just to set the countdown timer to the total time the exercise should take. But some of them are different, so I end up faffing with the phone.
IntervalTimer might do what you need
HIIT timer. Lots of different ones in the play store.
Yeah - as above, search for 'HIIT timer' or similar.
I use Impetus, loads of preset routines and you can program your own. It's free, it works.
We need apps to count to 5 these days?..........
played around with a few of those and it looks like Impetus is a keeper, cheers for the suggestions!
