Been exercising a bit more recently and I've noticed I'm up for a bit of the "slap and tickle" even more regularly than usual. Just wondered if anyone else noticed the same by-product of getting fitter. Luckily I have a willing partner!

Rampant I think you mean, perhaps you should edit that?

Bleugh!

I feel a bit billious all of a sudden.

+1 for the edit - looks like a French adjective related to a sex crime.

Speak to the girlfriends of the gym fanatics and they'll tell you the answer is "no". ๐Ÿ˜‰

Don't get my hopes up; the wife has recently started running. I'm not expecting to see any change though.

wow, I haven't heard the words 'slap' and 'tickle' used in a sentence for a long time. Suppose getting fitter gives you more energy... blah blah blah ๐Ÿ™‚

Oh yeah, when i come back from a run looking all sweaty and gasping for breath, what I really want is a bit of 'slap and tickle'

Fairly sure the suggestion wasnt that the effect was immediate ๐Ÿ™‚

And yes, I believe statistically it does, presumable based on various things like self confidence, metabolism, hormone balance shifts due to extremes etc.

I'm always gagging for it, but the wonderful chilled feeling after a ride makes abstinence easier to bear when necessary ๐Ÿ™‚
