Its been a regular feature of a lot of places I've worked. Do you do it? And what do you have as your weekly slice of unhealthiness?

I'm off to Maccy D's with a big order in a sec. Who wants what then?

Every week with out fail, 20 mins ago I polished off a hot dog, in 20 mins I'll be off to KFC with an order to feed ~12 people.

4 of us will be eating it.

Full Fat Everday's here but never Mac Donald's as it awful. Unless I require sugar and salt to kill a migraine then it's a shake and fries.

Good effort Tom!

I've just had a request from a girl I work with, who is absolutely tiny

"Can I have a large big mac meal, and a chicken nuggets chaser?" Class! 😀

On the downside, they're not doing mozzarella dippers at the moment, which means my usual side order is off 🙁

MaccyD's Big Breakfast after doing the shopping on friday morning.

I will now spend the rest of the day coming down off a processed carb-high 🙁

Dirty great cheese and bacon burger with chips down the local pub accompanied by a pint of the latest bitter. Every week, without fail.

You could always get off at the next stop, and stay on the processed food train for a bit longer.

Bless, I'm both a bit pround and horrified that one particular fat friday (according to the online calculator) I got through 3000ish calories of the golden arches finest. For lunch.

I'd love to say I worked outdoors, burning it all off, but alas, I'm a desk jockey.

I always go to the Brighton Street Diner on friday lunchtimes - it's an open air street food market thing

which usually means a huge burger or a bun full of BBQ meat, slaw and a giant pickle, followed by a chocolate brownie

Not this week though as I'm working from home awaiting a delivery - and it's been called off anyway cos of the wind

Every Friday, Nicos emporium of all things porcine. Sausage & egg cob with brown sauce today.

My boss always has bacon and mushrooms and brown sauce. So long as I bring him that, he doesn't care how ling the queue is, even on days when every builder in Nottingham is in front of me, and then a riot van from Bridewell jump in front for their free teas and coffees.

More likely on a Wednesday, get's you through midweek with a nice post meal nap. Doesn't really fit with Poets day for me.
Unless it's fish and chips for lunch.

Binners.

So it's a Maccy D on Friday and Gregg's the rest of the week?

I'll do the full on cooked breakfast at work when my shift pattern falls on Saturday / Sunday days. So it's a couple of weekends every 2 months. The lads have been trying to spend more than a fiver in one go. No one has managed to eat that much in one sitting. £4.55 is the record so far. I am the fattest! Yeah!

Faggots Friday are the dockyard favourite.

Not a fan of faggots so go for Chips, 2 Sausages, gravy and mushy peas.

Usually a sausage based butty at morning break 9.30/10 ish but as last weeks was so shit I've had a sandwich instead. However off to the chippy in 45 mins. If I don't do it at breakfast then lunch is fine!

Witherspoons haggis topped hotdog, 12 onion rings and what will become 8 pints of the on tap Californian Session Ale.

Then some ItBox action arguments with Mrs C.

Never spent so little time riding on a Fort Bill holiday but crikey I'm gluttonous.

Traditionally, friday is Pie Day. But I now work in the wastelands at the outskirts of town, the nearest Greggs is a car ride away.

I miss Pie Day.

Half the office just dress down on Friday, which is really strange as there's no dress code and the other half just wears Jeans and T-shirt every day......

Currently scoffing a Katsu Curry. And there's a big slice of Pecan Pie for when I'm done.

Tonight it'll be a Chinese or another curry.

Have got a cream egg for emergencies.
