Mrs. S bought me a Chupa Chup "tree" for xmas.
Why are they impenetrable? The wrapper is tighter than a gnat's chuff !
Without resorting to a thermic lance or angle grinder, how do you get into these things?
TBH, it may not be a bad thing as they are sugar free and result in serious windypops.
Twist wrapper the opposite way it was wrapped and it expands...then just rip it off...
Edit - just read the sugar-free bit - those were never intended to be anything more than a decoration, just leave them as they are! Also consider a divorce as I'm not sure your wife loves you!!! 🤣
If they don't twist open then resorting to teeth is the only resort.

Find a passing 5 year old. Their strong nimble fingers will unwrap that in seconds

I think the point of the exercise is to eat it, not circumcise it.

Alternatively, leave the wrapper on. They last longer that way.
