I gave a customer tobasco last time I was asked for red sauce by a grown man in the restaurant.

I don't think he appreciated it

HP is just a brand of Brown sauce. HP do other sauces as well.

I call it red sauce, largely because it annoys the sort of people who have a problem with other people saying things like "red sauce". Its almost as satisfying as seeing they're reaction when I say "haitch". They literally explode...
