As above.....I've got a virgin box,do they work any recommendations?

Couldnt say about virgin boxes but my sony dvd player and samsung freesat work from android remote.

Do you need some hardware for all these apps to work? The two I just found in the App Store did.

Piggy backs off my wifi no extra hardware beyond that.
