My daughter saved up and bought an Ipad for xmas, but is always using the family laptop for homework and games! (it is good for facetime).
To encourage her to use it for homework (she's 13) I'm thinking a keyboard and stand would be good for the Ipad to dock with in her bedroom.
Looks like you can get a MS word app so she can use familiar software. I know she can use google version free, but life is hard enough.
Any recommendations for a keyboard and stand. The apple one looks dear!

Laptop is 100x better for her homework if it involves any kind of report writing.

But no any bluetooth keyboard will be fine ....just go to a shop and try it as some of the cheap ones are terrible
Logitech do a combined stand/keyboard that sort of turns the pad into a laptop, so you get the whole keyboard thing, but you also have the advantages of the pad as a browser, etc.
like the logitech.
