Against my better judgement, my other half bought a set of DKNY sunglasses which cost me a fortune! (in my terms anyway)

One of the arms has fallen out of the frame, just dropped out and I'd like to know (hopefully) if they have similar back up to Oakley in helping people out?

Does anyone know of a contact number to get hold of these people please?

Go back to the shop. That's who your contract is with.

A lot of independent high street opticians can mend sunglasses. Other than that TK Maxx

It might just be a screw that needs replacing, if so an easy and cheap job. If it's broken should be covered by a 12 month warranty.

The company who distribute DKNY frames is Luxottica.

The trouble is she bought them in France and they are just over 12 months old, the arm has a metal pin moulded into the frame, and it is this that has come out, if it were a simple screw they would be easy to get fixed!

I'm just trying to see if we can get some help, no point in giving up before we've tried all possibilities, they cost me over £140.00
