Can somebody point me at a useful websites detailing disciplinary procedures, right from verbal warnings to foot up the arse through a door?
Not me, I done nowt wrong. I just need to be in high gear blagging mode next week when questions on this topic will be asked.
Scottish employment laws would apply.
