No-one wants stick and flick on a beach, there's virtually nowhere on a beach that is out of bounds to barefoot kids.

Anyone caught letting their dog foul on the beach (or the trails for that matter) should be made to take the resulting Piers Morgan home and place it on their mantlepiece for a few weeks.
