Just been asked by one of our junior solicitors to find a medical expert to write a report for a client - cyclist who had an accident.
The only problem is he has since been involved another bicycle meets vehicle accident and it is in a hospital somewhere with a very poor prognosis.
This may just be very bad luck - but this is the third client i am aware of in this predicament (or worse as one other was killed instantly in the second accident).
We handle CTC cases so do get a lot of injured cyclists - but this just seems ridiculous.

I was in a bad "accident" recently but I was off road and had no-one to blame but myself so not even any hopes of a compo.
