Afternoon,
Our dehumidifier has stopped collecting water. Everything else still appears to work without issue, just doesn't collect any water.
On dismantling, I've noticed this part has bulged and the casing blown.

Is this some sort of capacitor?

Thanks Murray...that's the 4 pin version but I'll have a search for the two pin.
