Can anyone recommend a dedupe software for Windows?
I've backed up files from my laptop to external drives from way back, several times, so I think that I have several copies of many files which take up space and are confusing to search.
Any suggestions and experiences?

I have to do this so often (back from when Office365 sync kept breaking) that I ended up buying software as the free stuff just didn't cut it. If you are happy to pay then I use this stuff

Works well and is now on my usb stick of useful tools. As always you should take the time to read the instructions 🙂
