I am currently trying sort out my Uncle's estate as he passed away recently.
I have his car to sell, but his insurance expired last week, so my understanding is that under new rules, the DVLA can clamp/impound any car that hasn't got current valid insurance.

I intend to try to get it sold sooner rather than later.

The solicitors are executors, but they have said I can go ahead and get it sold.

Is SORN-ing it the way to go?
