[Closed] Decking

Got a whole load of secondhand decking panels which are held together by 3x3 wood braces. Already got semi patio and a flat area of land with gravel to put it on.
Do I need to make a frame or can I whacker plate it flat and use put the panels straight down on the gravel and slabs once levelled?
