I know I can do the deauthorise all computers . When I click on account it only gives me the option to deauthorise the computer I am on.
Any ideas?

Well yes, but you're not going to like it by the sounds of things...you have deauthorise all computers and reauthorise the living ones. You can only have 5 on the same account I think so it shouldn't be too arduous.

I get that but I only have the option to deauthorise the computer that works.
The deauthorise all option is not there.

They recommend deauthorising before upgrading iTunes or Windows, so it's safe to do. I never have, but that was the advice.

Note: If anything goes wrong I didn't say that 🙂

Have you done deauth all before? It's limited to once every 12 months according to some sources

Iirc you don't see the de authorise all option until you reached your limit of 5. It's been a few years since I've used iTunes though so it may have changed

I don't recall deauthorising all recently. Definitely did it about 3 years ago.

It's changed a bit if you're using Apple Music. You can see authorised devices by logging into your iTunes account from iTunes (Account-->View Account... on OS X). From there you can 'Manage Devices'.

If you're not using Apple Music it sits under the Account Information in the iTunes Store in iTunes. Mine shows '2 computers are authorised to play content associated with this Apple ID' and offers the option to 'Deauthorise All'
