Right, 2 years ago, 1 accident, 3 pieces resulting in 1 plate and 5 screws + codiene by the kilo.

Right now I have a issue where when I rotate my shoulder or lift my arm up something catches and "twangs" inside the top of my shoulder rather painfully. I can't get my arm down without the painful twang, else it'd be stuck.

Any idea what it could be?

My previously broken elbow locks and pops. The Dr suggested it was a pocket of fluid being trapped then released and not to worry about it. Why not see your GP and ask what they think?

Sounds like a tendon is misaligned. Find a sports physio who is good with shoulders.

Look up the British Javelin association (spear chuckers) website' they have a list of local physios who support them, then you'll get someone who knows their way around a shoulder injury. Shoulders are really tricky apparently.
