[Closed] Dealing with multiple job offers{possible}

How do people deal with this as obviously they won't all come through at once?
I've got myself in a small pickle as over the last 6 months I've applied for a few jobs and I heard nothing from any of them, then 2nd week of Jan my phone went off the hook, I'm now in a position where I'm going forward with 3 employers and of course No1 pick has been slowest to start the process, so I'm virtually certain I'm going to have at least one offer before I've heard from my primo job{yes or no}, how can I realistically stretch out committing?

never been in this situation before and I have too much of a conscience to mess people around

ps I was honest with the last 2 that other employers are in the picture
