Gaining an hour ruins me but loosing one doesn't. It'll be about a month until I stop waking up at 5:30 instead of 6:30.

Annoyingly too I hardly suffer from it from plane journeys.

I was awoken for nappy-changing duties at 5am - I'd normally nod back off for a couple of hours, but my circadians are all out of rhythm...

Usually, but not this year, I was hungry at midday but fought through it.

Ironically yesterday the kids decided to have a lay-in so we wer actually up late.
