Can't find an answer on google and not sure who to ask in my company as the Saudi factory is on their weekend. So I'll ask on a bike forum!
Arriving in Dammam airport at 3am from Dubai. Bad idea? Will immigration be open. I've heard stories of it shutting but nothing recent on google.
Also Check in times fro returning. Emirates say 90 minutes but I've heard 3 hours is more reliable - Flight is at 11pm so there is no problem with me getting there really early if needed.

I've got into Dammam in the early hours a few times. It can take a very long time to get through immigration if there are a number of flights arriving at once. Never had any experience of immigration being closed though....not heard of it from anyone working there either. Going out of Dammam was always fine for me. The airport is a long way out of the city though. 45-60 mins from Dammam....probably longer to Khobar or Dharan.
