Catering for 1/2 dozen coeliac and dairy intolerant folk so looking for a lovely curry recipe. Has to be pretty mild as there is a couple of kids involved.

This uses cashew butter and coconut milk

Look at some of Anjum Anand recipes, there's some good ones without any dairy or wheat products.
