Would like some decals for bikes with individual letters (web address)
and some smaller rectangle stickers with logo and company name on - anyone give me some places to try?

When I build frames I make my own using waterslide decal paper for inkjet printers.

Like this stuff

Print it, seal with acrylic clearcoat, apply to frame then clearcoat over the whole lot. It's how the manufacturers decals are made/applied albeit on a bigger scale.

Looking for like a sheet of peel off 30x20mm stickers with logo on - the retro decals seem quite pricey as a company

Interested in this:

Print it, seal with acrylic clearcoat, apply to frame then clearcoat over the whole lot.

Are you saying spray it first, then peel and stick to frame? Rather than apply using water to the frame then clearcoat the frame?

Not really. If using an inkjet printer then the ink is water soluable so you have to seal it before soaking in water or the ink will run.

So the process is print, seal with 3 light coats of acrylic clearcoat, soak in water for about 90-120s, slide onto frame, squeegie/allow to dry, then finally clear over the whole lot
