We have a habit of having a few beers whilst we just let it bubble away on the stove.
And yes I'm a dirty lager lout who likes a few chips with my curry as well as rice!

Everything that's left in my fridge....and some overly expensive bread I got from a poncy baker's this arvo. So it's looking like cheese and chillies on toast, accompanied by some posh ham and some fresh pineapple chunks. And crisps....I'm currently having a rather large schooner of Malmsey wine.

Sorry, it's the dogs favourite. I get all the crispy skin and she gets what's left.
Yorkshire puddings have just come out of the oven, she gets one of them as well.

Mexican chicken and spicy rice is the plan for me.

Few beers first though - and maybe a glass or two of red wine.

I like Sundays 🙂

Yorkie's with lamb is just wrong!

I have them with any other roast but not lamb!

Had a good ride today, watched the F1 and my local that normally shuts Sunday evenings in the winter has started curry evenings with the chef who lived in India for quite a while, so i'll be there about 6:30 for one of the three curries I've never heard of. 8)

Steak pie with beef link sausages. Pastry lid only.

It was lovely and an important part of my national heritage.

Yorkshire puddings are a starter round here, Henderson's relish or gravy. As many as you can eat. Then fill up on the main.

We had a chicken with some Mexican ride and peas and sweet corn. Padded out with some Mediterranean bread that Tesco was chucking out for 40p this afternoon.

Followed by some star donuts for 25p 😆

Fajitas with the chicken left from last night....

Bottle of Spitfire and perhaps a Kraken with Coca Cola later on.

Telly-wise....Strictly results, Robot Wars and probably something else. Tempted to watch the F1 highlights but they go on until 0045 and my alarm goes off at 5:45, so probably leave it until tomorrow.

So neither steak nor a pie.

Have you met Dr Fox, by any chance?

Tarka daal, Kobedi and salad, btw.

Goan style salmon steaks with Tarka dhall here plus Exmoor Gold.

After a cold wet and muddy hack in the woods, perfect.

Fair play on the chips.

I'm not sure if you are actually rusty. Pretty sure you're a spanner though. 😆

The beef links are as well as the steak, not instead of.

It's a Scottish thing.

Oh aye.

So, it's a beef stewpée with a sausage garnish?

You lot are weird.

Yep, with puff pastry on the side, as it should be. Just the thing to warm you up after a hard days power kiting.

I won't have you mocking my ethnic cuisine like some sort of Pound Shop Binners. 😉

Jesus, it just gets wronger by the second.

Puff pastry? That's a southern affectation for a start.

On the side?
On the side of what, pray?

Have you met Binners?
You'd never get all that for a quid, even in your pieless cultural Mcvacuum.
