Just happened across this on Netflix...

Has me in stitches. But on a different day, or having watched too much of it, I may think differently.

Whaddayathink?

the Greeks also invented a kind of theatre for stupid people, known as sport...

Genius 🙂

Mandy is also very funny on the Beeb

I'm a fan of Diane Morgan, but I couldn't get past the face she was pulling in the first episode. Perhaps I need to revisit.

Genius but you can have too much of a good thing.

Some of the best stuff is the older stuff

Yes I agree, I'm a Cunk fan but I think it's often time to give things a rest. The early stuff was indeed brilliant. On the cringe scale it comes nowhere near Catherine Tate.  I'd be happy to see more of Mandy. The pilot show with the sofa and Tom Courtney and Alexei Style in Fatberg were great, though the latter episode was perhaps particularly poignant to me having once been a civil engineer in Manchester City Council's main drainage department.

Motherland too.

I'd also like another series of Sophie Willan's "Alma's Not Normal". That was superb.

I thought I'd love it, but it left me cold.

Not cringe, just not funny either.

Yes I think to really understand Cunk you need to have been watching Charlie Brooker's "Wipe" programs.

Some of it is getting bit tired in a Sacha barron choen type way, but some of it's funny as hell and brilliant.

So I'm going to give it a thumbs up overal.
