Was introduced to Encona's West Indian Original Hot Pepper Sauce, last night. Though it was more than capable of destroying my taste buds if you weren't careful, a careful dap on a fork full of food was really tasty.
Yes it actually had a taste, not just a like eating burning coals

Was also told that you savoir whiskey (moving it round) in your mouth for the time in second that it's aged (16 years=16 seconds), followed on swallowing sharp intake of breath. It won't make me ever buy any of the stuff, but it went a way to explaining why ppl actually drink was I thought was pure crap - they actually have lots of flavours going on (not just tongue/throat fire in a bottle).
